Rain.
This was the first of several appointments today; I used the umbrella, something that is an anathema to Northwesterners. Between the rain and the holiday, traffic sucketh big time today: drive time was almost twice normal for anything other than a block or two away from home. Ugh. But it had cleared out by 6.30 pm.
