Clogged Pipe
The back story: Mike has replaced much of the plumbing in the house next door. Today, he accidentally used too much torque and broke a galvanized pipe that he had not planned to replace. Lo and behold! The universe had inserted itself into his project, as this accident revealed an extremely clogged line from the upstairs bathtub.
