Jack Harter Hughes 500 Lands At Lihue Airport
We decided to take a helicopter tour of Kauai, and, after reading the frank assessments in The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook, we opted for Jack Harter. We also went for the four passenger, open-door bird. Our pilot was Marty, and the trip, fabulous! This really is the way to see Na Pali.
Today’s photo was taken as the helicopters were returning from the trip prior to ours; I was shooting with a Panasonic (it’s on trial). The photo was not cropped. Because we were in an open-door bird, I could not use the iPhone camera; cameras had to be on a strap around your neck or wrist. So I left the iPhone behind. I sat in the front, sandwiched between the pilot and Mike. Loved the instrument cluster!
