Medicinal Liqueur
It was the teeny bottle that started it all. Dixie and Maurie found it as they unpacked: Jagermeister, German 70-proof digestif. They don’t remember its provenance — the movers packed it. After a taste, I visited our liquor cabinet. The Gammel Dansk is 25+ years old, and just as bad as I remember it. Ugh. The Becherovka has a date stamp of May 2000. Did we buy it in Prague in 2001? Maybe, we don’t remember.
